  • What should I do if the arrived goods are damaged?

    Please rest assured that our QC will check everything for good condition before shipment. If there is any damage to the goods, please take photos for us to confirm whether the products were damaged during transportation. We will send you a replacement item.
  • Can I have our own design?

    Of course, our designers will draw/design images based on your pictures or ideas. The product will be arranged for production after passing through you.
  • How to make the payment and how much deposit is required for customized production?

    Customized production requires a 50% deposit of the total payment, and you can directly transfer it to our company account through T/T.
  • How long I would get the goods?

    Usually we ship by DHL/FEDEX/UPS, you can get the goods within 3-5days. If you choose other shipping method, please contact our
    customer service.
  • How long does it take to prepare the order?

    We have many product drawings for reference. If you come to customize the drawings, you can prepare less than 100 pieces per style within 20 days, and more than 110 pieces per style within 25 days. If you choose to customize our product drawings, you can prepare them within 20 days
